`Accessing Credit Data

 To access credit based data, loan agents and their companies must be pre-approved and a firm offer of credit must be made to the consumer.

Please use the Broker Aggreements link below for setting up your mortgage company for credit data (FICO-Based) access.  The WSAC Mortgage Broker Agreement needs to be signed, however you are not required to submit any loan packages to them. The SAN Certificate is only needed if you will be requesting only prospects with phone numbers.  The Business Verification App. requests a couple pieces of supporting documentation.  Templates include all the requirements and notices referred to in the Firm Offer Guidelines.
